Threat Of Love:

  • A collaboration between Marc Almond & The Creatures can be found on Marc Almonds album 'Open All Night', it can also be found in a remixed format on Marc Almonds CD EP 'Tragedy' (German Import), which also includes video footage of The Creatures & Marc Almond performing the song live at Summer Rites 1999. "I first bumped into Siouxsie Sioux in the King’s Road Market, both of us browsing as sex goods and leather accoutrements at a specialist stall, and both of us enquiring about made to measure leather clothes. When Siouxsie & Budgie broke from the Banshees in the mid nineties to dedicate themselves to their Creatures project they emerged rejuvenated. We met up at the former house of artist Gustav Moreau in Paris in January 1999, full of enthusiasm for the future. It had taken until 1998 for us to work together.

NoHow Tour:

  • The name given to The Creatures' 1998 tour with John Cale is a reference to the writings of Samuel Beckett, in particular the pieces 'Worst Word Ho!' and 'NoHow On'  "..which summed up how the tour was put together"
